Yes. It's just the speed factor. Hnn, maybe agility w/ Focus Sash would work.... Maybe... But even then, I don't think Lucario could OHKO Mewtwo without an atk. boost of some kind.

@FluffyCloudsandCats Oh wait you're right! So wait, Lucario's Atk is LOWER than I anticipated. That makes him equal in Atk to Mewtwo, lower in defense and special defense, lower in HP, and much lower in speed and WAY lower in Sp.Atk.

Nice comment. But Lucario actually as 5 more base Sp.Atk points than Atk. points. I just had to point that out. xD

@Luluthebluemoon Because both Lucario's base Attack and Special Attack are the same, while Mewtwo's base Defense and Special Defense are the same, so it doesn't matter if Lucario goes with Crunch, Dark Pulse, or Shadow Ball. Both of Lucario's attacking stats can max at 361 and both of Mewtwo's defensive stats can max at 306, so it's even.

Problem is, that Lucario wouldn't have won even with Extremespeed. Mewtwo could have OHKO'd using Aura Sphere without the Calm Mind. Even Psychic could do it.

Mewtwo > Lucario

Lucario is cool and the aura is cool too, but he's not nearly as powerful as Mewtwo, who could arguably go up against every Pokemon on the planet (barring legendaries) at the same time and not receive a scratch.

In the games, his stats are just... too superior.
