Couple things here.
1. Shark attacks are very uncommon in Florida. We have had 72 over the past four years. Which given the name they get, is not bad.
2. I used to work at a restaurant on the beach in Tampa, and we would take all the chicken blood we collected in containers at the end of the day and toss it in the water. 10 minutes later there would literally be hundreds swarming around. It was pretty sweet actually.

Its normal, they migrate every year.....I dont know why every one flips out every year when it happens. We have bears up here, you dont hear every one screaming about bears coming down the the rivers every year....because its NATURAL, it happens every year.
