Half-breed=one who has ancestry that is mixed between two or more 'breeds'.
By most accounts Obama's mother was American and his father was Kenyan, hence a half-breed (whether this is even a valid insult is definitely debateable).
Also, read/watch the original speech W. gave argueing for invading Iraq. He said Iraq was attempting to develop Nukes, NOT that Iraq had nukes. Invading after Saddam got nukes would have been very stupid and a waste of the lives of many U.S. troops.
