First, why wouldn't you take the tails off if it's in a poboy? That'd be annoying trying to eat!! Second, the "veins" in the shrimp is poop!! Third,, slap ya momma! Is wY better Cajun seasoning than Tony"s. GO TO 007bondjb FOR DOUBLE DAMNIT GOOD AUTHENTIC CAJUN FOOD!!!

i have to say I love your receipe and NOLA, was everything i was expecting and more, we came down in march for Mardi Gras, and had a riot, stayed in the quarter and out in Kenner a with friends and ate at Smitty's and Harbour we excellent and authentic...Cant wait for Mari Gras 2012, have reservations to return LOVE NOLA !

This video has taught us that "dressed", or adding lettuce, tomatos, etc., is a very regionally term. Sort of like "sodas" or "cokes". Down South, when someones says, "Can I have a coke, please, you ask, "What kind?" Thanks for watching our videos and thanks for your note!
