Fun Facts about this episode:
- The day we shot this was originally scheduled to be a 2 hour shoot, shooting the opening and closing of a previously shot episode and a quick teaser episode. We turned it into a 7 hour shoot. We're that good...?
- This was only supposed to be a place holder episode, so we had something to post during the weeks we weren't meeting for the Thanksgiving holiday. The sketch was originally one minute long, only showing the teaser outtake from the upcoming episode and had no written script, but after Kenny had the brilliant idea of having a 'look back' episode, when we only had two episodes posted, we took the idea and ran with it, talking through and building up each shot as we went, and this is what you got.
- Only three of the five members were available to meet for this filming, so John asked his roommate Nick to step in and play Francisco and to add to the 'crew' walking around in the background. Thanks, Nick!
- This seemingly simple idea proved to be the most time consuming, detailed editing job so far. Sorry, Art!
- John, who performs Nurple, can be seen shutting off the lights at the end of the episode
- The Christina Ricci photo on the fridge was not there during the filming. It was added in post and this is the first time we added a green screen square to the fridge to make the compositing easier.
- Mosquitoes have teeth
- We thought that John's cheap 'high definition' camera would have made the behind the scenes footage look more authentic (aka crappy), until we got into editing and actually had to bring down the quality level. Good job, Toshiba!
- When shooting, we forgot to leave a spot to cut to the bumper animation, so we decided to stick it in the beginning and to only cut to it for a second so that way Flip wouldn't be left out of an episode.
- The team of Sean Connery impersonators are John, Kenny and Keith. However, John can also make it sound like multiple Sean Connery's are saying the line without editing the sound
- Nurple gets a banana after every episode
- From the point Nurple turns around, to the end of the episode, there is no one performing Nurple's right hand. It was stuff with a pair of socks
- This marks Kenny's first time directing/writing/appearing in, a Fliptoppers episode
