  • crap since i broke my wrist in 10 places im not able to make push ups and biceps excercises

  • Upright rows are mostly for shoulders trololol.

  • i thought the bar goes up to the chin, or is this a variation, and why cant they title their videos properly like upright rows in stead of this generic crap!

  • @fahimmuchi flexed just a bit, you should lock you back, and that's for almost any of these exercises

  • @TheAstray123 nah, you can grab the bar a bit wider if it's better for you but anyway you should always warm them up before the exercise, you should warm everything before :)

  • Wont this exercise damage my wrists?
