repenting is an admission of wrong doing , but the debt still has to be repaid , other wise there will be an imbalance if you take from a shop without paying it creates anger , if you pay there is perfect balance all must be in exchange , so if you kill u have to be killed back this can only happen in a future life , so to get over this we have multipul incarnations , so that we can repay debts quickly one soul in many bodies
