what should i do  for squirrels because i check my rat snap trap aka my squirrel trap and it is sprung with no bait how do i catch the squirrel instead of him springing my trap and stealing my bait i use rat snap traps for squirrels because they are cheap traps and squirrels are about the same size as full size rat traps.

@SuperJg4567 I suggest using a large live trap to capture your opossum. Once captured there are several methods to euthanize the animal.

Can you use glue boards on chipmunks?

@aceext You just trap them in the same manner as you would trap squirrels.

@SuperJg4567 Actually, using glue boards to capture small birds will work very well. Sprinkle some sunflower seed mix in the middle of the board and you will catch your unwanted bird. I recommend using the super large glue boards, rather than the small rodent glue traps.

Can you use glue boards on starlings?

@SuperJg4567 You need to pre-bait the trap. That means, put food bait on the trap without actually setting it to go off. Do this for three days. This allows the squirrels to get comfortable approaching the trap. On the fourth day set the trap to go off and you'll get your squirrel.
