This is a skit performed by the employees of a well known semiconductor firm Freescale Semiconductors. It is a satire on the situation of employees in corporate world (the salaries, the working conditions, the wasteful yoga classes etc) and does not refer to any particular company. Some of the jokes might be implicit to the company. For ex: elevates word has been used because all the corporate parties in this place take place in ELEVATE.
