My best pvp attack in bgs: Battle Shout + Trinket(Ruthless Gladiator's Badge of Victory{don't have Cata one yet}) + Recklessness (+ Berserking spell if available)
It works insanely well in a group of enemies or against a dk who spawned an army.
The major drawback is all this combined equals a 30% increase to damage taken.
My counter? Enraged Regeneration just before Blade Storm and right after as an engineer i have Spinal Healing Injector which has crit healed me for up to 70k
