Spitzer did nothing illegal. The Bush admin does something illegal every day, just by existing.

Spitzer wrote an article in the Washington Post 14 feb 2008, explaining how the Bush admin is protecting the Banks in their predatory mortgage lending practices that caused the housing bubble and the current subprime lending crisis.

The corporate media do a fine job of not mentioning that.
