Obama Gaffe: Says His Health Care Plan Will Bring More "Inefficiencies" to the System

Here is video of President Obama speaking today on his Government Health Care Plan and trying to make the case for it. However, he committed a gaffe by saying forcefully that his plan would bring more "inefficiencies" to the system.

He clearly realizes that he misspoke but when speaking publicly one of the most important things is to continue speaking without acknowledging a mistake
