there are special pads u can put between the horse shoe and the hoof that cushion the force on the limbs ... police horses use them and the farrier used to put them on my horse since in my country theres only little places u can go riding and the floors not hard .. the main problem is hes going way to fast in a busy road .. hes without a helmet and no tack .. a car can easly pull out of a parking spot

What a good horse that guy has 0.0 Seriously, how many of you have a horse you could gallop in a busy city without tack? But I do agree it isn't a very good idea in the first place and that horse will be lame before a week is up if he does this any more.
