What do mean with 'only' 40 mg? First of all 40mg is not a low dose, furthermore there is an increased risk of an initial severe flare up when you start with a high dose. Besides, the important factor is the cumulative dose, not the initial dose; a course of 60mg daily stretched over 6 months is just as effective as a course of 120mg daily in 3 months and gives lesser side-effects

I wish I could but I don't have a camera. And besides I wouldn't want to take videos of myself, I won't even look in the mirror anymore lol.
