i think its sad how there are towns in the uk with nothing avaiblible to eat other than mcdonalds, kfc, subway. It's almost as though towns in the uk are cultureless

In shanghai, they call it qīng cài. translated to english, literally, green vegetables. In the US I've found it sold at a few places as "baby bok choy" or "shanghai bok choy"
