NoTanx Freediving with pike

NoTanx sent three divers into Wraysbury Lake in search of the inhabitants. We found them! This is the 1st film where Andy and Ady found the Pike. Using our unique NTStyle Relaxation techniques we were able to earn her trust, and after 20mins she allowed us close enough to get these great shots. how did you learn to hold your breathe for so long? i need advice cause when i spearfish i can only stay at like 15 foot for about 10-15 seconds before i need to re surface.
