Your nose looks great! I used to pick talent for modeling agencies, and trust me, you don't need to mess with making your nose more pointed. If you do, you may not like the results. Your nose does look great though, after the scar tissue goes down you will see it even out. Also, if it still has a slight shift to it, then it's most likely do to both muscular attachments and cartilage structure inside the nose. Again, I say it looks great, and don't mess with it anymore. :) George

Your nostril looks ok to me, there is no real asymmetry; Please don't do plastic surgery no more while you're still pretty, it will ruin your life.
