I just got mine last week after having a kitchenaide for 15 yrs.....What a difference! I just love it! My salesman told me if you still have detergant use only 1/4 of what you would usually use works like a dream!!!!clothes come out nice a clean

I had to replace a GTWN4950LWS for the GTWN4250MWS because the water level was too low, clothes didn’t rotate, and even though I put ‘he detergent’ in FIRST before adding clothes, the ‘rain shower rinse’ cycle was inadequate and didn’t rinse out the detergent & clothes were dirty! I had to wash clothes twice just to get them clean. I exchanged it for the GTWN4250MWS because I can set the water level which covers the clothes with water, and it has an agitator which rotates the clothes.

I have this machine & it is horrible! barely moves the clothes & when it does it knots them up. my son's black pants come out with dirty gray streaks all over them because they don't swish thru any water!It "rinses" with even less water. I wash every load 2x and rinse 2x every load & clothes are still not clean.I would never tell anyone to buy this piece of junk. Buy a front loader if you want to HE/Lo water. I agree with poster below - it's a piece of s**t! Don't buy it!

@coketherealthing Thanks,! I found it.And also fixed my water despenser on my G.E. fridgerator. Had to daw out the door, it froze up and stoped the drinkingwater and man I need that especialy in this heat.

@coketherealthing on these machines you lift up the blue cover. there are these two nubs that you have to rotate counter clockwise to remove then the whole sofener will come off. clean the dispenser. do the reverse assembly then you are done.

this is a rip off! I have shouted I have bleached, I have pre-soaked for hours1 It's worst machine ( for the money) I've ever used ! I work outside for a living and get in some dirt. even with the pre-soak for 30 min. , no difference ! In 2 words "It sucks!" we've had this thing for a year. All the white clothes are grey and brown! We have used at the higher prised detergent. Its a scam I tell you! I'm stuck with this piece of shit!!!!!
