Organic Dairy Farmers have taken up tai chi to help ensure the levels of wellbeing in every pint of milk -- for us, for the environment and for the cows.

They have adapted a series of seven traditional Tai Chi routines - one for every day of the week. Each has been assigned a series of easy-to-follow instructions created for the agriculturally minded, with names like 'up with the lark' and 'arms like tractor wheels'.

Monday's move 'Lazily Buttoning Overalls -- adapted from 'Lazy about Tying Coat' or 'Lan Zha Yi' is demonstrated by Rob Taverner at the Taverner's Farm Shop and Icecream Parlour.
