Yea 2% of the purchase price is rape. There some are realtors that don't make THAT much on a transaction. Who do these title companies think they are??

Thanks for the tip on negotiating flat fees (not greater than $500.00) rather than paying a %.

I use Old School as well for my short sales, and they're great. Thanks Maestro, I didn't think about using them for the wholesale deals.
