This is a clip from one of my favorite Walt Disney movies, from 1971 "Bedknobs and Broomsticks". This is the battle scene after the Historic Soldiers are brought to life by Substitutiary Locomotion under the direction of the lovely and talented Angela Lansbury.

I watched this scene like all time as a kid...now i'm 28 and I still get tingles when the knight rises as the bagpipes play...Seriously, I could cry for this scene.

I used to recite "TRAGUNA MACOIDES TRACORUM SATIS DEE" to my toys hoping they would come alive. Now i'm 24 and i still sing it.

I loved watching this part, both as a kid and now as an adult. The music at the beginning just gives me goosebumps, and just the whole scene is the perfect blend of seriousness and magic.

In a way, that takes even better aim than to actually hit the guy, lol.

Such a good movie, such good memories! I loved this scene, one of my favorites for sure. Next to the animated soccer scene.
