I'll be back!

"I'll be back" is one of Paco's most versatile expressions. It can mean, "Goodbye," "Hello," or "Come here," among other things. He often uses it in combination with other words and phrases. Here are three contexts:

1st scene: Patricia is leaving and says Goodbye.

2nd scene: I'm talking with Paco about Patricia. He knows she's on her way home and/or wants her to come back.

3rd scene: The birds hear Patricia getting up on a Saturday morning and are excited about seeing her.

Paco is a 3-year old blue-crowned conure who uses words in appropriate contexts to express his feelings, ask for what he wants, and describe things he sees, as well as to play and bond with his flock-mates.

@OnePickieChickie Thanks. He is a handsome guy LOL! Also pretty big. Avis is gorgeous too. I've enjoyed your videos. We've had a 2nd BCC, Joey, in our flock about a year now. Their personalities are fascinatingly different. Paco's a thinker; Joey's a doer. Joey also loves music (they all do) and dances pretty intensely. Check out "The Storm" on this channel. Nothing approaching Frostie's style or sense of rhythm, but he clearly is both fascinated and emotionally overwhelmed by the music.

@conuropsis Avis bobs around and lifts up his foot. Try playing Frostie's video "God Is Great" to see what your blue crowns do. Avis goes absolutely nuts. I find Avis will dance more vigorously if I have him on my finger and lift him up and down a bit with the beat of the music.

When I show him his or Frostie's dancing videos, he tries to bit himself or Frostie on the screeen! It's pretty funny!

Hahaha that is so cute... my cockatiel also starts getting excited when he hears my mom getting up. And he has a special call for my dad. :) So cute, I am really tempted to eventually get a conure. So expensive though...
