Bill Wolfe's Senior Instructor Mr. John Parker demonstrates Flow Drills. John has over 30 years of martial arts training. As one of Bills most senior students and instructors he has acquired a vast knowledge of self-defense. John has worked closely over the last 12 years with Bill developing civilian programs and is therefore one of the most knowledgeable Senior Modern Defendo instructors in the world. John excels in the tactical applications of this system found with in the S.T.A.R. Program as well he exceeds in the very important fitness knowledge aspect required of our instructors. John is assisted by Greg whos Defendo PT classes at the National Training Centre have become legendary as the best fun workout in town. Although Greg is not as 'stunningly handsom as Bill but he keeps trying (it's an old guy thing) . Both John and Greg are over 50 years young and are great examples to the younger crew that you should never under estimate old farts Join John and Greg at National Training Center in Down Town Abbotsford for some awesome training.
Now back to business at hand. In this video we are also practicing tactics and the ability to function mentally because as the time set for the drill increases so does personal fatigue. And as I have said many times fatigue represents FEAR. These drills also allow us to correct potential bad habits especially Giving your back or worse giving up under the stress loaddid I also mention these drills are fun to do.

  • Not a bad concept drill. Mostly seen the isreli self defense drills localy, but this one is actualy impressive.
