@jfl187 Thank you for your comment. Yes, 360 is pretty bad in places as well. Division is bad because of the railroad parallel to the cross street. Can't build / continue the service road over/under/through the RR, so traffic gets dumped onto 360 which slows down the freeway. Just past this point it clears up.

good obsveration. its worse at Divison and 360. at 4:30 360 is backed up almost to 183. as soon as you past divison it frees up. I have also noticed this becouse people are getting on while others are trying to get off. the Exit should be before the entrance, not right after it.
