Are you playing Kaido Battle 2: Chain Reaction or Touge no Denetsu? I'm pretty sure this video is from Kaido Battle: Touge no Denetsu, (Kaido Battle 3) that might be your answer.

Hey, i say we all write an email to the makers of Kaido battle The series and tell them to make them in the Us also. Because they would Really make ALOT of money if they sold them to us Us people. btw Sick video man.

hmm it's not even a matter of the developers making english copies we just need to find a company who can publish them. Publishers usually change things in these games, hopefully now that the Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift came out drifting will become more popular and more games will come to the states. So far were getting the latest D1 Grand Prix this month so thats a great start.

Maybe because of limited funds. Because you have to pay people to translate it into English and then rebuild the source code with English instead of Japanese.
