yeah with 30% buff i can heal the whole fight alone with my pally, then i would prefer heroism in the beginning, but without buff heroism should be during the frenzy phase

You don't need heroism during the frenzy effect. You get the most DPS out of heroism by using it on the pull, while there are no beasts up and while people are pre-potted and everyone's trinkets are popped. More damage done before beasts means less beasts, less marks and a faster fight.

definitly not... the duration of the fight is longer than the heroism debuff, so you would punish yourself, because you don't have heroism ready when there is the minifrenzy from 30% down to 0.
