@bh4698: The songs are sang by different people. Usually Uyghur folk songs do not belong to certain person, so it is hard to tell who is the exact person who sang the songs of this video. Surely, the later part is Dolan Mukam songs performed by folk singer of Makit (a town in southern edges of Tarim Basin).
