val avery, he was in HUD, dosent say a word, just nods when he is let go because the cattle are all dead from hoof and mouth disease. Plays the "burglar" in Columbo, he throws in with Columbo to catch a killer cop, cause its the right thing to do. when the killer cop finds the "evidence of jewels" in Vals apt. he says "hey, I dont even live here" and Col. says, he dosent live here I LIVE HERE. and they catch the killer. bt
