Seriously, it doesn't take too much intelligence to read the opening title of the video "AUTOBAHN- GERMANY".
1. There is no speedlimit.
2. They aren't even from your country.

@bejito81 Not true, most people (I'd say 9 out of 10) move to the right lane when someone is faster than them on the left lane.

If he continued accelerating until passing the other guy he wouldn´t have the necessary time to break before smashing into the car that he was reaching up fast.
