quad's and paraplegics,try walking in leg braces on the parallel bars,forward,backward,and laterally,start with trainers in front and behind,stand tall,drop gravity into legs,keep head up and look forward,put tall mirror at end of bars to see your legs,and try not to look down,try not to hold upper body weight with your arms,push down into extended leg and go forward with opposite one,taking it one step at a time.
