@alexwbenel Of course not everyone was slaves (Slavic origin) ,my friend. I mentioned earlier that African Kingdoms like Ashanti and Dahomey got wealthy from the slave trade. Slavery is still going on today in African countries like Mauritania and Tchad and is nothing civilized about working for no pay and occasionally beaten. My point was the Jews impact on slavery was limited compared to Europeans like Belgium's atrocities in Congo or Germany's Namibia. Arab stole/sold many children.

@osiruskat Sorry But not everyone was sold as slaves and taken by ships to a land of an strange and unknown people with an unknown language. most people were taken as slave by known groups with well established histories and relationships. also the term slavery is very loosely used. Slavery in Africa and among most other groups was much more civilized then the treatment we received at the hands of Europeans. This discussion is important please don't generalize or down play important facts.

research history in BBC, Discovery, ect... there was black and white Hebrews mainly tan. even in the torah people converted. people back then didnt care about race much but idealism and religion a person held mattered. this is a historic fail and is irrelevant. Greed and hate are the fall of mankind not just one group. No person regardless of race is capable of these acts. racism is unfortunately about money no conspiracy to keep anyone down but the real meaning is to a few fill deep pockets.
