But everybody is right in the long run. The problem is Peter refuses to accept he is wrong on most of his other predictions. He just convinently forgets to mention it.

Oh it will happen - many baby boomers have their retirement locked up in their house where they hope when they do retire they can sell off their house for a cool $500,000 and down size to a small unit costing $200,000 thus leaving them a modest superannuation fund plus $300,000 in cash to keep them comfortable till they pass away. The problem is that Gen Y hasn't got that sort of money which will mean the house price will drop even further as all those houses come on the market at the same time.

The next one is going to be around 2017. The reason I say this is because of the huge amount of baby boomers that will be retiring. I maybe oversimplifying the matter; however, I've got a hunch.

Agreed; I called this short storm back in 1997/1998 at the start of the dot-com bubble - the doom and gloomers exist on all parts of the political spectrum and many have been saying that the 'growth' over the last 10 years was phony. Maybe what we actually need is to wind back the clocks and simply wipe off 10 years of the phony growth and reset back to 1995 before all this BS started.

You don't need to be Peter Schiff to know we are in "deep shit" ,and that's an under statement like a mother fucker. Devaluation of the dollar, and a national debt I can't even rap my head around. For crying out loud start in those 2 categories. NO WORDS CAN DESCRIBE HOW FUCKED WE ARE!
