Ксения Симонова: Мы с удовольствием выступили со своими друзьями - группой В.О.Д.А на Майдане Независимости 24 августа 2011 года.
On August ,24th Ukraine celebrated its 20th Anniversary. The most famous Ukrainian artists took part in a great Consert in the center of Kiev. Kseniya Simonova, sand artist, winner of "Ukraine's Got Talent" and participant of Grand Final of Eurovision-2011 prepered an unbelieveble epic sand story about her country.
Kseniya Simonova: "This performance was devoted to a celebration of the 20th Anniversary of Ukrainian Independence. The show took place in the very heart of Kiev, at the Square of Independence ("Maidan Nezalejnosti") in the presence of 100,000 people who stopped their breath during the sand story about our heroical past and happy future. This was how I told Ukrainians the story about Ukraine. I am deeply grateful to my friends and partners - the finalists of "Ukraine's got Talent-2" - musical band called "V.O.D.A.' who created amazing song which inspired me on a great imagination storm when I created this sand story. I am proud of my country. I believe in our amazing Future, in our glory and kindness!"
