  • @LoseWeightWithBrandy Yeah I have purchased 6 properties in the past year and I am smart enough to know what I am looking for when it comes to a house. I had a real estate license 5 years ago, I decided I wanted to make money so I started buying instead of selling and I have never looked back.

  • @ Lorddean13 ----FHA loans require appraisals. VA Loans require appraisals, most conforming loans require appraisals. AHS is a warranty. Something very different. I am a licensed Realtor for over ten years with no bad marks. Have won sales awards.

I was a licensed Loan officer for 14 months. I closed 24 loans. Thank you. But, I think I know more than you.

  • @TimothyBurks Blame the buyers for not doing their home work, ask 10 appraisers to appraise a property and you will have 10 different numbers.

  • @LoseWeightWithBrandy I bought a home and I decided to get anAHS warranty instead of an apprasial only people who know nothing of houses and structures use appraisers. No one forced anything on the buyer, and if the buyer signed the papers then they thought they were getting a deal, anyone can do research to find out home values. I did my own research and my home is still gaining value in this down market. The only people to blame are the buyers for not educating themselves.

  • they should shoot whoever was stupid enough to buy it

  • What a dump

  • OK this song is in my head! I need to know who sang this please

  • This is obviously one of the most outrageous appraisals that I've ever seen, and the appraiser should be prosecuted, his license taken and even jailed for the apparent fraud. That said, I missed the part where someone forced these homeowners to take out a mortgage for more than they believed the house to be worth. It's obvious they thought it was overvalued, why take the loan?

  • It is unjustified that appraisers demand such a high fee of $350 - $550 for writing down measurements and stating last sales in the neighborhood.

It is demanded of every home sale with a loan. Buyers are forced to pay this extortion. And, for what? It offers no protection. It does not warranty the home. It does not guarantee the value. Why is this extortion allowed?

  • Are you kidding? Someone actually BOUGHT that house. Check out the bathroom at 2:41. I hope it was gutted and whatever was causing the mold corrected.
