This is the second video exercise I did for my Intro to Video Production Course.
In this project we had to create something of a "self portrait". It did not necessarily have to be me, but I did it anyways. Once again we had to use in camera edits only (w/o editing and only hitting that record button on the camera). This was my end result. :D
Enjoy!
More info about this video project here!:
This is my second video exercise for my Intro to Video Production class. This time the assignment was to film a 1 minute video about a "Self Portrait". The same rule of in-camera edits also applied. -_____- These assignments were extremely vague so you could pretty much do anything. For this I decided to shoot myself fixing my hair haha. I was trying to get the idea of how self conscious I am, but exaggerated a bit. I did the mirror POV by putting my camera on the on the shelve inside the mirror/door thingy. This video I actually liked however I want to re-make it someday. BTW I cheated and actually edited it, but I edited it in a way so that you can't tell whether it is in-camera or not (not that you can tell the difference in this particular video). But if I did use in-camera edits getting the cuts in between each hair style would have been stupidly difficult. I just can't do in-camera edits.
Note: My camera is OLD. I want to get a new one... so for now get used to seeing crap quality.
