Renergy Breakfast Sandwich

People always ask me where all my "Renergy" comes from. Well, the answer is the Gracie Diet. Here's the breakfast sandwich that I use to get started with a bang. Try it out and let me know what you think. Just be sure to follow the recipe exactly otherwise you won't feel the full effect.

Buy kale; wash it; tear the leaves from the stems; discard stems; toss with olive oil; roast at 400 til nice and crunchy. Easy.

Ran for an hour last night until 11:30, made lunches for the next two days, and a load of laundry. Less than five hours of sleep would normally be a difficult day of staying awake in front of my computer. It would be a long day if I didn't wake up this morning and make two Renergy sandwiches for breakfast. Dang! Now I have Renergy all day and enough to last into the night!

So I just made this sandwich I liked it! I probably won't saute the spinach because the slimy texture was riding with me. I like how the almond butter molded well with the avocado and it's amazing!
