The purpose of this presentation is to report a kidnapping.

My dearest brother, Larry, was kidnapped from outside his home in Montgomery, Alabama and taken out-of-state by hostile relatives. This was done the day after his mother, La Faye S. Lynch, was diagnoised to have dementia.

Larry's kidnapping represents a felony crime. The longer this crime goes unpunished the greater is the injustice represented by this crime. Every day that passes that Larry is essentially held hostage by his kidnappers represents a greater hurt, harm and exploitation that has been done to Larry as well as to Larry's mother, who expressly wished that Larry be cared for by other people than those who have taken Larry.

My purpose in relating this crime via video presentation is because this is the only format that can bring to justice those who participated in this crime. And make no doubt about it, taking Larry by force from his home, transporting him out-of-state and keeping him was a kidnapping and was a crime -- one which is on going. This represents a serious crime, a form of abuse and exploitation which should not be tolerated and the fact it was allowed because Larry is a person who has mental retardation makes the crime ever worse! Everyone responsilbe for this crime, be it hostile family members, lawyers, judges, law enforcement offers, anyone who participated to plan, permit or participate in this kidnapping should be brought to justice.

Larry's kidnapping is a form of exploitation of both Larry and his mother. Those who enabled this have participated in a corrupt, unjust and down right evil system, scheme and scam! This was done to exploit Larry, to get power and control of his money and/or for other selfish benefit. Shame upon all who participated in Larry's kidnapping. May they burn in Hell for all eternity -- which is my mother's wish and curse for them!

I have been a life-long advocate for Larry. I am the one who defended him as a child and as an adult against everyone else who attempted to make fun of him or exploit him. My own mother said she would NEVER want his eldest brother to have any power or control over Larry because he beat, bullied and battered Larry and his other siblings as a child and until they were teenagers!

Yes it is sickening that we warehouse people with a mental or physical challenge in America and around the world! The fact this is also being done to the elderly to get power and control of their income, assets and property amounts to exploitation and robbery!
