You're the man! 1st and foremost congratulations on your cleanse. It takes a lot of discipline and heart to do what you have done.Very proud of you for your accomplisment. I have a request: If you could please tell on your last video how important and crucial it is to get off the cleanse correctly. Bruno, I'm on day 9. I'm thinking of at least going to day 15. I will evaluate myself on day 15 and see if I should move forward a couple more days. Bruno, GOD bless & thank you and be safe.
Take it slow. Orange or grapefruit juice the first days with water. 3rd day, juice in the morning, fruit for lunch, salad for dinner. 4th day I do juice, fruit, salad and veggie soup!
