  • hey bruno...congrats!!! i just wanted to tell that im proud at u... im on day five and i feel great... but the only little issue i have is that i get alot of cravings.... how can i fight that?? lol

    You're the man! 1st and foremost congratulations on your cleanse. It takes a lot of discipline and heart to do what you have done.Very proud of you for your accomplisment. I have a request: If you could please tell on your last video how important and crucial it is to get off the cleanse correctly. Bruno, I'm on day 9. I'm thinking of at least going to day 15. I will evaluate myself on day 15 and see if I should move forward a couple more days. Bruno, GOD bless & thank you and be safe.

  • Take it slow. Orange or grapefruit juice the first days with water. 3rd day, juice in the morning, fruit for lunch, salad for dinner. 4th day I do juice, fruit, salad and veggie soup!

    When I use Smooth Move about 12 minutes.

    Trim-Maxx about 4 minutes.

    I boil about 10 ounces of water to end of with 1 cup (8 ounces) of tea!

  • How long do you steep your tea? Great job sticking to your goals!
