@polygamous1. As I said it doesent matter how many more USA and its allies have, as long as it is not several times more than Russia's. Today the number is almost the same, as Russia doesent compare its arsenal to USA only and therfore will reduce warheads to an extent that is still credible. I dont think they are fools. Also intermidiate range has been totaly abolished from US and Russian arsenals and airbases are big easy targets!
