Majell Aterado's stunning goal(?) against Edmonton at Stockton Arena

It was the goal that didn't count... Truly the most amazing arena soccer match in the short history of Stockton Arena looked to have come to a thrilling conclusion when Stockton's Majell Aterado netted a buzzer beating fourth quarter goal against the Edmonton Drillers in the PASL-Pro semi-finals. Instead of pushing the Cougars into the finals, the remarkable goal was ruled to have not crossed the line in time and the match went to overtime. This video is of the final few moments of that unforgettable night in downtown Stockton.

He got the shot off before the buzzer sounded. But since this is soccer, that is irrelevant.  I played frame-by-frame twice, and each time the ball looked to still be under the goalkeeper when the buzzer sounded. So...no goal.

By the way, I am neither from California nor Alberta. ^_^
