Yes, you can say it so. In Europe the Gauge is known as "H0e" in 1:87 scale, while in England its known as "009" in 1:76 scale. But both are running on 9 mm Tracks.

@Amtrak1194 It is hon30 not hon3. Hon3 is based on 3ft gauge while hon30 is 30in gauge.

Mine (grey version) runs just as well. The new Mh6 runs even better!
