what is sound difference if they were mounted in the oem spot?

I like the sound... I'm about to be getting Borla Stingers for my 2007 GTCS and I was wondering if you knew if there was really and sound difference between the regular placement and the mid muffler placement like you have? Thanks

well i had the stingers in the normal Oem location and once i had the long tubes on it was too loud. By mid mounting the stinger i now have minimal drone and a more classic borla sound. I suggest watching this video, he has a stock exhaust except for the stingers
