Lets be clear; theres 2 mentalities in the music biz (and just business in general): to sell to the masses, and to sell to an 'elite' group. Thats not to say lupe fans are better than any other fans, but lupe sells music to people who want to listen carefully to what he says, and ultimately reach a deeper meaning. Dont know why ppl are giving thumbs up to this comment LU is simply saying that Soulja Boy is the retarded step cousin of hip hop...meaning that he is god awful but we have to accept him as being part of hip hop on some level because the music he makes is still associated with the genre. LU is NOT saying that he actually "likes" the music of Soulja Boy in any way, shape, or form
