WIC supposedly means Women, Infants & Children. The implication of this program being that the father can get his meals in prison or in heaven when he's dead. The motivation is for us as women to chase the fathers away because we get "free", no hassle food from great white father government. Actually WIC= Welfare Institutionalized Cuckolding.
