  • i pressed the third link but i'm still having problems downloading

  • Have you tried to end sysguard.exe process before downloading. It's under the task manager's processes.

  • omfg i cant even extract it i cant do or enter any application or program in my computer!! any help or ideas plz? (i can only enter Firefox)

  • You can try holding down the alt+F4 keys countless times to close all programs and then quickly hold down ctrl+alt+delete a couple of times til it opens. When Windows task manager opens, go to processes and look for one that ends in sysguard. You can end the process, or you can right click it and go to containing folder and delete the folder in which it comes from.

  • when I tried to open up malware..it just said the file could not be located or it has been changed like the antivirus system pro is screwing with it even when I already killed it under the task manager

  • Maybe try renaming malware to something else and before you do this, hold down the alt & F4 keys to close any other programs running.

  • why don't download from the official website?

  • my dad recently had problems with this. A very tricky version to remove. It would not allow any .exe to run and prevented task manager from opening. The only solution was to completely re-install windows after formatting the hard drive. Beware of this version Anti-Virus System Pro, its a bugger to get rid of

  • revert to previous snap shot or default factory setting.

  • help...explain to me, plz, it wont evn let me use the internet, this is another comp

  • Perhaps /s is in order...

  • Just wipe it clean --> Format and re-image your harddisk, why trouble of trying to fix it?

    Real man don't need Antivirus!

  • hey people easy fix, i had the virus, restart your computer, while everything is loading, make sure you get your task manager up, go to processes, search for any weird looking names ex: ifcssysguard...sysguard, end process. After you have ended it, you stopped the virus from not allowing you to open your virus scanners, BUT the virus is still there. You should then search for the virus and delete it. Go to start, search, then search for the ifcssysguard, or virus, then delete.

  • Also make sure to disable and clear any proxy settings. They are what bring it back constantly, and anti virus programs don't always detect them.

  • restart your computer and while your desktop is loading open up task manager really fast be4 the virus starts and than find belesysguard or sysguard right click and press "open file location" belesysguard is in process list btw

than click enc process and delete were the folder opent.

  • @cookedbake hey can you help me out deleting this damn virus?
