Well, Bexar County Voters have done it again, may they suffer the black eyes,embarassments that will come with either Lopez or Ortiz at the helm of the Sheriff's Depart.Prepare yoursevles for comedy hour for the next term,nothing will change complaints,separation and unrest will continue.Bexar County Sheriff's office is not ready for an honest man nor do they deserve him. Larry Ricketts was the right choice,to bad Bexar County is to wrapped up in either last names/and corruption to see the truth

Not enough experiance, do you call 7 years as a jail guard enough experiance? Then getting fired at that! If you truly beleive that Ricketts is the best of the 4 canidates out there you need help.

You dont understand, Ricketts always has been a dem and always will be , switched one time as a means to try and get rid of Ralphy,luckily he did that to himself. There's alot goin on at the Sheriff's Dept. that is beyond unforgivable. Ricketts is best out of 4 running. Ortiz - here we go again repeat, Lopez - not been around/bad rep. Barella - not enough experience, enough said.

You know Deputy1975, I don't think that these people understand that there is no bond between the inmates and officers. playing cards with them is beyond forgivable, and Larry should not be running for Sheriff.

I have to agree with srliac why did Larry change from Rep to Dem? If he cannot commit to a political party who is to say he will commit to the Sheriff's Office.
