276 throop: domestic abuse in lobby PT-3

the male drug addict runs back upstairs to apartment #3A after striking the female. the female from apartment 3A & along with another female tenant who hangs with her are making fun of abused female. moments after the abused female returns in to the lobby & screams out in anger, the male drug from up stairs tells the female victim to get her things, the female drug addict also from #a confirms the same order. as the victim c ryes out the female from 3A tells her to stop acting like that. nothing is wrong the victim screams he slapped me i hate him.


NOTE: the noisy & roudy bunch consist of 4 females and one male. who work together towrds disrupting the peace and qietness of 276 throop
these tenants are from apartment 1B 1D 3A & ex

NOTE:
management was informed concerning this incident as well as others that o cured months ago. and has literally ignored all possible dangers.
