It is a shame there is no hell for people who knowingly put others' lives and well-being at risk and simply do not care:
"What? So I cant [sic] enjoy my car now whats [sic] the point of bying [sic] a sports car if i [sic] always have to drive soooo ssloooowwwww? if your [sic] stupid enuf [sic] to get hit it's [sic] you're [sic] own fault!!!1!"

If you're lucky to survive a serious accident, whoever's fault it may be, the effects could last a lifetime.

This is the ad that went to air, it is a montage of many previous TAC ads, and they did use powderfingerI If this doesn't make you think, then a day at the Aquired Brain Injury unit at the Royal Talbot Centre will.
-
one of the best tac adverts, very effective.

I think the name of this song is "These Days" from the movie "Two Hands" which starred the late Keith Legder correct?
-
I think this is a better film clip for powder fingers great song than the original video. It's more powerful and emotional. Good on powder finger for letting the TAC use their work in this campaign.

Did they really use powderfinger's song in this ad?

I wish everyone who is suffering the immediate effects of trauma luck and determination. Determination is so important - never give up on life, I had the decision to live or die, and here I am today, a new person! Please drive safely out there! A split second can change your life. Next month I start my first job. I was only 18 when I had my accident and have never had the opportunity to get a tertiary edu or work. I can't wait for life to begin again!

This campaign began about 2 months after 'my accident' later 2005 I guess. It is so true, each day so many people are suffering, victims, their parents and friends. 3 yeas ago I had to re- learn basic skills such as eating and going to the bathroom, walking and forming a sentence. I consider myself lucky, I have come across many seriously disabled people since my accident who were other wise normal before their accident. This week should mark the end of my recovery - my final assessment!
