I remember hearing this song when I was sixteen (summer of 77).... kinda freaked me a little. Sounded soooo different from everything else on the radio.. loved it right away.

i like the sound on this tune, you could say that I feel love from DS was the first popsynth record before Gary Newman & The Tubway Army, but then again Telstar in 1962 by the tornados was probably forunner of what music was in the 80s

I didn't appreciate this in 8th grade- it scared me. I fully appreciate it's awesomeness and influence now.

absolute genius - this is the song that separated this vibe from the Beatles - don't get me wrong, I love the mop tops, but this was really different and paved tyhe way for punk - in that it diddle confrrm

I am 53, from the big Apple. Grew up listening to all this music. I am so glad I grew up during those times, it started in 76 for me then it ran all the way to 83 when I joined the Marines. I hung out tough for 7 years in the best city in the world. Loved it. Worked all day, partied all night and then repeated.

34 years ago(1977),this very week Donna was #1 in U.K. with "I Feel Love"

This is the greatest song of all time. I was on a kibbutz in Israel, sitting in my cabin listening to the BBC World Service top 10 countdown. My head nearly blew off when I heard this song.
I wrote to my parents and they had the single waiting for me when I got home about 3 months later!
