Bullshit.

I canceled & they charged me for a new dvd anyway. When I complained, they ignored the fact I'd canceled & said it was for their DVD-of-the-month. I told them I canceled & wanted my refund. Instead, they ignored me again & sent me the dvd anyway.

How stupid are they? Terry Funk should be pissed!
